LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. JUNE 3

12:43 a.m., mile marker 539, W. Interstate 10 – A caller reported a male was detained following a traffic stop.

6:38 a.m., 100 block of Phil Wilson – A caller reported someone keyed his vehicle during the night.

8:03 a.m., 33000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported seeing four illegal gambling machines at the location.

11:33 a.m., 400 block of Rosewood – An apartment manager reported someone kept dumping trash in the complex dumpster.

JUNE 4

4:02 a.m., 200 block of N. Main Street – Law enforcement reported they had two dogs in custody and were taking them to the animal shelter.

10:53 a.m., 600 block of River Road – A caller reported his vehicle was rear-ended and the caller was now experiencing back pain.

7:56 p.m., 1300 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported two vehicles in the middle of the roadway following a collision. A tow truck was called for one of the vehicles.

JUNE 5

1:42 a.m., 400 block of E. Bandera Road – A caller reported a woman and her children were playing in the caller’s backyard. The caller said she tried getting the woman’s attention but the woman wouldn’t answer her.

6:37 a.m., 100 block of Herff Road – A caller reported her truck was broken into and a pair of binoculars and a pistol was stolen.

8:33 a.m., 100 block of E. Bandera Road – A caller reported a male defecated in the parking lot.

9:24 a.m., 34000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported ongoing issues with drivers speeding through the parking lot.

10:34 a.m., 100 block of Herff Road – A caller reported the taillights of his vehicle were stolen.

JUNE 6

2:59 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio – A vehicle was pulled over after failing to yield at a stop sign. The driver was detained and taken into custody.

11:47 a.m., 33000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported his friends got on his phone, got onto a website and then later the caller received a scam call threatening him and demanding $5,000.

5:31 p.m., mile marker 524, W. I-10 – A caller reported an incident with a vehicle where the airbag was deployed. A second caller reported a child in the backseat with a nosebleed.

5:44 p.m., 1000 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported two women stealing at the location.

JUNE 7

3:07 p.m., 100 block of Clear Water – A caller reported a lemonade stand was on the sidewalk by his residence, forcing pedestrian traffic into his yard. The caller said he asked the people to move but they said they wouldn’t and claim they have family who is law enforcement.

5:32 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported two vehicles in the parking lot that appeared to be chasing each other.

7:08 p.m., 100 block of Dusty Corral – A caller reported property stolen from her house.

8:10 p.m., 300 block of N. Esser Road – A caller reported hearing shattering glass inside a vacant house. The caller told dispatch she suspected the male was breaking windows.

JUNE 8

12:04 a.m., 100 block of Dusty Corral – A caller reported a vehicle sitting near her vehicle all day. The caller said the vehicle was also there throughout the prior week. Law enforcement came to the location and the driver was detained.

1:26 p.m., 400 block of Deer Creek – A caller reported a delivery driver in front of her house playing very loud music. The caller said the music woke up his son and confronted the driver. The driver then threatened the caller and said he was going to come back and kill him.

1:53 p.m., 100 block of Katie Court – A caller reported a vehicle parking in different areas of the neighborhood and staying at the location for hours. The caller said this has been an ongoing issue for two weeks.

5:06 p.m., 400 block of Deer Creek – A delivery driver reported a male yelled racial slurs at the caller and threatened to go get a firearm.

JUNE 3

7:51 a.m., on Highway 46/Ammann Road – A caller reported two loose dogs running around the area, but there were no fire hydrants in sight.

9:06 a.m., 100 block of Blaschke Road – A caller reported seeing a male in a vehicle parking across the street and attempt to enter a gate.

9:46 a.m., mile marker 533, E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle swerving all over the road. Law enforcement located the vehicle, and the driver admitted to being on their phone while driving.

11:10 a.m., 400 block of W. Highway 46 – A caller reported a collision with a motorcycle. The driver was reported to be on the ground. EMS support was provided, and the highway was temporarily shut down.

9:44 a.m., 700 block of Alamo Road – A caller reported seeing people shining lights in her window.

JUNE 5

7:42 a.m., 100 block of Riverwood. – A caller reported someone was using her identity to open phone accounts.

8:32 a.m., Wild Turkey Boulevard at Blue Heron Boulevard – A caller reported seeing a vehicle run off the road and hit a tree. The caller said airbags were deployed.

10:21 a.m., 300 block of Heartstone – A caller reported a bullet hit his window. The caller was unsure where the gunshots came from.

2:27 p.m., 300 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported $20,000 may have been stolen in a computer scam.

JUNE 6

12:12 a.m., on Greyhound Lane – A caller reported hearing gunshots behind the high school every few minutes.

11:20 a.m., FM 289/Old Comfort Road – A caller reported a dog bit her on the calf and broke the skin.

11:55 a.m., 500 block of Broadway A caller reported seeing a person pull up on the other side of the street, take photos of the property and then leave the location.

1:37 p.m., 700 block of High Street – A caller reported someone stole jewelry from his wife’s store.

9:16 p.m., on Highway 46/Monarca – A caller reported another driver threw something at his face while on the motorcycle, leaving a mark.

JUNE 7

8:48 a.m., 300 block of S. FM 3351 – A caller reported two goats near the road.

10:57 a.m., 500 block of W. Highway 46 – A caller reported a vehicle swerving and going significantly under the speed limit on the road. Law enforcement located the driver and he was detained and taken into custody.

11:14 a.m., 1000 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported a group of people were sacrificing goats and ducks and were driving away.

11:34 a.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported he met someone to sell furniture and they stole a bag from his vehicle.

JUNE 8

1:48 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported a male and two females having a physical fight. Law enforcement came to the location and the male was detained.

7:16 a.m., FM 473/FM 3351 – A caller reported a heavily damaged vehicle with no license plate swerving all over the road.

8:35 a.m., on Dodge Road – A caller reported vandalism to her mailbox.

3:01 p.m., Highway 46/Spencer Road – A caller reported a vehicle on its side. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and didn’t sustain any injuries.
