Johnson helps Sooners win national championship

Boerne High graduate Camden Johnson helped the University of Oklahoma baseball team win the NCAA DI national championship.

Johnson batted second in the Sooners line up and played third base. He helped the Sooners win Game 1 and 3, with a loss to the University of North Carolina in Game 2.

OU closed it out Monday night against the Tar Heels in dominate fashion, 13-2.

After graduating from BHS, Johnson played at Wichita State for two years before transferring to Oklahoma last summer.
