The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has extended the Flash Flood Warning for Kendall County and Southeastern Bandera County until 8 a.m. Thursday.
At 1:48 a.m., Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain moving toward the warned area. Between 3 and12 inches of rain have fallen over the past two days.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 4 inches are possible in the warned area. Significant flooding is already occurring and additional flash flooding could be imminent with additional rainfall.
